The Ground Operations is commanded by Derick Marumo, Blayne Chan and Renauldo Naidoo whom has 50+ years of experience in the field of Security & Surveillance Service Provisions & Management as well as Risk Assessment & Management, Facilities Training incorporating Field Training & Operations having Provided services to Clients both Nationally & Internationally.
The Financial, Administrative & HR Departments and workforce are managed by qualified, skilled and certified personnel. These departments are run in a regulated systematic efficient approach ensuring compliance with all Statutory Regulations & Business Ethical Practices.
Our workforce comprises of skilled Security Personnel that Protect and Secure each site performing added facilitated skills for the benefit of the client. The workforce is on 24/7 surveillance and communication with the Control Officer. Partnering with the community, with clients and with Law Enforcement to identify, prevent and resolve problems of crime and disorder. Although we specialise in Security & Safety the ground team have mastered facilitation. monitoring & recording.
Our team is affiliated with Fidelity-ADT and equipped with Armed Response & Monitoring, Tactical Response & Dog Handling.
Our Accounting Software ensures our Financial Compliance to the Auditor General and verifies our financial stability.
